We can help with the lot work
- Wetlands and mitigation. If part of the ground is wet, we help you sort what that means. We do not invent a cost. That number comes from the people who do the work, after they have seen the land.
- Surveys. A current survey shows the lines and the corners, so you know what you own.
- Site plans. Where the house sits, the driveway, and the setbacks, drawn for this lot.
Things to verify, not a promise
We do a full soil report for the foundation, and for septic and well. We regularly work with engineered systems and can help arrange the process with our trusted vendors or with vendors you already prefer. Flood zone, and whether water, sewer, power, and a driveway are already there, are still things to check. They are not a guarantee the lot is ready to build.
